Plot was ok but a bit boring. It is ok for a one time read.

Basically Shinohara goes to Tokyo and lives in a crappy appartment. His neighbour is super loud and always making a racket. Shinohara's parents dies and he has an older sister who worries for him but Shinohara does not wan't to live with her since she is married with a kid. Anyway, Shinohara and his neighbor becomes friends since shinohara can't cook for shit. Eventually he falls for said neighbor is is in an acting troupe.

Endou had sex with his new neighbors (Okumura) wife in their bed. The husband who was suppose to be on a business trip came home and caught them. In the end they divorced, he quit his job and became a drunk. Endou is riddled with guilt and tries to help Okumura since he is the cause of it. In the end Okumura (very very sex in bed) has sex with Endou since which confused him a lot. Very Funny!!

Story about a Ooshima, non social university student and his social and over friendly neighbor (Murai) from the same university. Ooshima has a physical relationship with Sousuke who is in his class. However, Sousuke treats their relationship as a joke. This leaves Ooshima lonely so he spends time with Murai.

Hatano jumped into the canal to save a kitten in a boy, almost drowning himself but he was saved by an older man. Turned out that the new place where Hatano will by staying as he attends university is also where Arima is staying. Arima is a salary man who is nice and gets alone with the females in the house. Arima confesses to Hatano but Hatano rejects him. He has a trauma from his past where his best friend confessed to him and without replaying, he ran away.

This manga is about childhood friends and neighbors, Masao and Taisuke. Taisuke lives alone with his abusive after his mother left because of the abuse. Therfore, Masao is always worried about Taisuke. He also has a secret crush on Taisuke. Things changed after Masao found out that Taisuke was being sexually harassed by a teacher for a month.

Asaoka's (28) moved back home after his mother died. While moving into his mothers apartment he meets a boy (Keiichi) who dresses in girls clothing. This boy was close to Asaoka's mother who looked after him. Ironically, Keiichi's mother makes him wear a girl uniform since he is told her he is gay which is stupid. Asaoka told him to ask him for any advice since Asaoka have been gay for a long time.
