Mizutani-sensei broke off his relationship with one of his students, Arata and broke his heart. 6 years later Arata came back the his previous high school but as a fellow teacher. Instead of clinging to Mizutani, he ignored his presence and Mizutani though it is because Arata is still mad at him for dumping him.

Manga all about the teachers at an elementry school. The first couple is co workers. One is picked on by his students (out of love not hate) since he is the happy hard working kind. He feels defeated when compared to the other teacher who has some devilish looks.

The last couple is about single father and the strict teacher at the elementary school. The strict teacher has a secret that only the father knows.

1-80: Story where the owner of a BBQ restaurant likes sniffing and licking his part time worker saying he smells nice.
80-138: Two teachers who went to school together meet again. Setsu (gay) is the new teacher and has always had a one sided crush on Masaoka.
138-end: A one shot about two guys dating and one is graduating so they have sex.

English teacher Kijima-sensei and his six years younger colleague , PE teacher Ono-sensei are working in an all-girls school on a hill. After Kijima overhears a girl confessing to the PE teacher, Ono asks him for advice. The two get closer bit by bit and in a conversation Ono confesses that he has a one-sided love

Two teachers at a art prep school Saikawa and Nashimoto. Nashimoto, is a great guy who is liked by others. On the other hand, Saikawa is seen as lazy and runs away from things.

Sugiura Sakae returns as a teacher to the elementary school where, years before, Fukada Ryuuji, his own teacher, saved him from grave personal danger, but age and despair have taken their toll on Fukada-sensei, and Suguira has a difficult time reconciling the memory of the man who protected and inspired him, with the scruffy man whose laisser-faire attitude offends his sense of effort and accomplishment.
