In the old and cheap boarding house, Fukujyu, Fine Arts student Haru finds himself rooming with the quietly unconventional Natsu. Nishino is a popular, social guy on campus who is in search for a room mate. One of his friends introduced him to Maki. Maki is tall and attractive but not very social. Nishino lowered the rent on Maki's share if Maki acts as his bodyguard since a man is stalking Nishino. However, Maki starts to develop feelings towards Nishino who plays it off as Maki being confused. Also, Nishino does not know that Maki is gay since he keeps it a secret.

Nonohiko works various jobs to pay off his collage tuition and has built a lot of muscle. The place he use to live in was closed and then he had to find another apartment. However, apartments is expensive so he opted to house sharing with other people. The owner of the house runs the place as a hobby so the rent is cheap but only good looking men is allowed. On his first day poor Nonohiko was mistaken as a boytoy/prostitute and got fucked by another tenant, Hibiki.

Yuuki (22, apprentice designer), Hasegawa (28, company president) and Keigo (19, uni student) are living together in a 3 bedroom apartment since the rent is too expensive for one person. Hasegawa and Keigo accepted Yuuki's ad for a roommate since they thought he was cute from his picture in the ad. However, Yuuki is a cute air headed guy who is oblivious to his new roommates feelings for him.

Matsuda is a handsome guy who usually gets invited to gokons but he never leaves with anyone. He gets asked to bring his flatmate Honda to the next gokon but Matsuda wont bother since Aki honda is gay (top and hot). After the gokon, Matsuda saw Aki having sex with another guy, to which he thought was very erotic, and quietly went to bed so that he wont be noticed. However, now Matsuda want to try having sex but Aki refuses since Matsuda is the playboy type.

Hairdresser, Chitose (25) just moved to Tokyo and decided to live in a shared house with Matsuda (travel agent), Mikuni (teacher) and Hijiri (University graduate). Chitose was surprised to see Hijiri again after 7 years since Hijiri was his first love in middle school who he never saw again after graduation.

Akari, a senior at an art university, suddenly got a new roommate, Hyoga, since his current out decided to move out without telling him but he suggested the room to Hyoga. However, Hyoga is a foul mouthed person who got on Akari's bad side the moment they met.

Masaki liked his best friend, Rion, since high school but decided to shove his feelings deep into his heart. They ended up becomming roomates after high school.
