Fun and sweet action story, with a great couple. Probably a bias on my part because this was the first yaoi manga I read, but still. Steve and Eric are very cute and easy to root for. They're both sweethearts and I just wanted them to be happy and together.
Probably, 99% sure Rutta and Kodama are my favorite couple. I have few others, of course, that I love, but there is something irresistible about these two. There's very little angst. You're just watching a couple fall in love and grow up and work through things together. And it's still completely and utterly compelling. And, of course, adorable.
There are a lot of silly elements to this one (bear punching, for instance), but that's part of why I love it. Cute and fluffy and fun. Plus, there's a marriage plot and a ring exchange and that is probably my favorite trope. I have a whole album for it.
This one is just funny. Over the top and hilarious, but sweet at the same time. If the premise amuses you, the manga surely will. It lives up to it.
There is a reason this one is called legendary. It's amazing. Great characters. Amazing love story. A plot. A lot of plot. It's long, so it's a commitment, but it's so easy to get lost in it. It's great.
I will be honest, I still haven't finished this one. However, what I have read certainly lives up to the (legendary) manga that came before it.
An absolute favorite. The two single dads in this story are absolutely adorable. Just enough pining to keep you satisfied but not dragged out enough that you get frustrated. I love the art in this one too. The sweetness of the story is magnified by the way it's drawn, that's for sure.
Another sweet marriage plot, meeting the family. Very cute. Very interesting. I'm a sucker for one ridiculously earnest (and a bit simple) character paired against a prickly but ultimately loving one.
I just love what a sniveling mess this guy is. And how he has to crawl back to his boyfriend on his hands and knees and hope he forgives him. He's an ass, and he pretty much stays one, but his boyfriend is more than capable of handling him and seems more than willing to do it. There's something compelling about the art as well. It's one of those situations where the art style works very well with the story and the characters.
Sometimes painful, but also gorgeous. It's just one of those stories where the two people love each other so much it hurts. Them and the reader. Great, great read. Another favorite couple.
