I really enjoyed this it could get to the heart of the dark side of human nature. For me Ajin was a very enjoyable, deep story that made me think about human nature and the human experience in general.

We’re only at the beginning and I did enjoy what I read. I can’t say this is a bad story based on what could be of the actual story. So far it’s been generic but so many stories are generic and can still be enjoyable. All I can say is that pacing and character developments could use a lot of work.

I can describe this manga only as a collection of inane incomprehensible action sequences. If you're looking only for explosions and badly drawn humanoids then consider reading this. Otherwise don't bother. I personally like this one though.

This is one of those stories you tend to read over and over again just so you could make more sense out of it and no matter how many times you read it, you find something different about it, something you never noticed was right there. This manga overall is such a good read.

Inuyashiki is a gloriously strange beast. It’s as tactless as it is hopeful, and about as schlocky as it is earnest. It’s this strange series trying to embody the best, worst, and moral greys of humanity while only working some of the time and falling gloriously on its face more often. It has commentaries on people and media, and so much more as well which it can only barely pull off sensibly at the best of times.

The story takes a sci-fi approach where someone is making it so perfect inhuman copies are replacing the former scumbags. From the POV of the protagonist, who himself is a scumbag, is exploited into find these scumbags these people.

Will he be replaced first or continue to do these strange people's bidding? Who even are these people?

Not a bad plot but loose writing and storyboard. I'm really disappointed with all of the panty shots and "transformations" of the girls, it just felt gross to watch. Sad to see new shows still do that kind of stuff just to try and make it some kind of "fan service" when that's not what viewers are here for. I wish the masked sniper had a better plot, there could have been a lot more to his character which is a big letdown.

The humor in this manga was really top notch and the art in this story was also very good in my personal opinion. There isn't much of a story outside of the realm of the boys getting close to the girls at the school they're at and having to work around the school council were the girls are extremely sexist against the guys. I am incredibly disappointed though if this is the ending that we are receiving. I hope the epilogue can turn my opinion around because I really enjoyed this

The story is extremely inventive and a great reflection on cyberfriends vs. ya know, Physical ones. The basic premise is that people involved in a Twitter-like site are sucked into their phones and they compete in puzzles and games which can result in death but is usually not a necessity. People have to keep at least one follower otherwise they die, the biggest problem is that if anyone you follow dies, you die too, so that encourages a rapid depreciation in followers.

Not bad. Arachnid was a somewhat enjoyable read, yet it failed miserably in the story and character department, being a goal-less story and generic characters the main culprits. The action scenes, in particular the character's abilities related to insects was its redeeming feature, as it was quite informative, albeit exaggerated in some cases. The fights on its own were fun to see, yet it will become soon apparent that these are tensionless.
