Homeboy can see the red thread of destiny since little. Sounds romantic but he learned that the very ability he possess does not necessary make a person happy. He also subconsciously believed that a romance influenced by it is fake, even. One day, he saw his red thread finally leading him to his fated one and he hoped it's his crush but it lead to a guy. WTF moment there. And not only that, it started the frequent serendipitous meetings they have, it left the poor guy frustrated to the bone.

Spin off of Akai Ito No Shikkou Yuuyo! This is about Kamisawa, the guy who knows how to cut the red strings of fate (and other strings). He’s contacted by a client named Hara to help him get rid of a stalker but Hara can’t get Kamisawa out of his head and decides to pursue him even though he’s warned that Kamisawa can’t fall for anyone.
