Plot: poorly-written
- the whole "we'll be family from now on" plot was unnecessary considering their parents were introduced then never appeared again the whole story
- i just blinked and the story ended

This manga was not necessarily bad, but the plot is overused so I won't be reading it again

- Seme is an ass and author gave him trauma and redemption arc but I couldn't care less
- Uke really had it bad for him. He is sexually harassed by random people, life is threatened as well by seme's psycho ex but the power of love saved him, let bygones be bygones uwu <333 (im being sarcastic)

Please, I didn't even finish this garbage of a story. It's so bad that it's so funny! Author just HAD to include a random sex scene every chance they get and it's not an ordinary sex scene either. For some reason, every character that MC meet falls in love with him and sexually assaults him
Don't read if it may trigger your traumas. Read for the laughs and possibly a drinking game with your buddies for every time MC gets assaulted
Oh boy, where do i start
- an abusive mother robbed her son of his sexuality and identity. No matter how the uke voiced out that he identifies as a boy, everyone just brushed it off including the uke like "chile anyways um"
- the use of feminine term like "wife" on a boy just rubbed me the wrong way ugh
- arranged marriage between a grown man and a high schooler :))) their relationship dynamic kinda cute tho ngl
- sexual assaulting the uke is a daily occurrence
I hate to say this but even the prettiest art won't be able to salvage a story because this was bad imo
Art: The artist drew the characters so good that they just look so stiff and lifeless
Story: The pacing is so weird, we don't have a backstory of how their rs come to be. Keeps on stalling, I'm getting impatient just reading im sorry

- mc mistook ml as customer, they had sex, ml almost got assassinated, ml thought he's part of it, so he graped the shit out of mc and it ends there. So bad ending

- predictable and kinda cringe. Even skimmed through the seggs (can be hot for others but not me though)

First off we do actually learn about it the pick me girls reasoning for her hatred for mc but also it’s quite clear that it’s due to jealous (in my opinion)
Second off idk if you could count the pink haired guy(Raymond) as the second male lead but anyways it was stated that it wasn’t him before you even get to the part where mc makes the deal for Raymond to give her his flower. The fire was set by the pick me girl
The plot is kinda cliche but also nice cause I like the fact that rather than mc’s exes all being bastards who abandoned her, they were actually mind controlled plus she doesn’t just forgive them right away (only two have broken away, the childhood friend who is still a bit of a bastard but in more of a people pleasing way and Raymond who I actually quite like). There’s a few concepts introduced and expanded on which is cool(Raymond’s backstory, the bracelets, the imperial families curse(that hasn’t been expanded on as much though))

what made me stop reading was how serious the issues were but MC handled them way too casually sometimes and the male leads only get a slap in their wrists. A lot of conflicts also got dragged out way too long so the plot started feeling really slow for me.
From what I can remember, since they were young, the pick me girl's feelings towards MC was far from jealousy. Looks like it's straight-up envy, like she genuinely had it out for the MC for YEARS and when I read it at the time, I have no idea why she acts the way she is specifically to the MC and I guess it took the author way too long to explain this that I lost interest.
and honestly i don't remember the story enough so yeah, I could be wrong about the fire scene but I do know he want MC to give him the book in a life and death situation. MC almost died and someone became disabled as well and yet she made a deal with him. She literally chose the option of getting his catch during the hunting season probably for petty revenge, despite having evidence against the pick me. That made me question her morals. She chose personal gain over actually holding someone accountable, brainwashed or not.
So yeah, overall it just felt like bad writing to me personally, which is why I put it in this list because I just don't like it personally. I do like the concept of the story. I have no doubt that the plot twists and climax of the story is interesting like you said, but I just don't like how the character's are written at times and the pacing is bad imo. Thanks for trying to convince me though
