Just my guess: Its about the [step]father(probably) raising the women "Laura" and Sa/Raping her. "He raised me the best he could so he could eat me", - is why im thinking it might be about that. Eat is another word for having sex with someone, so he raised her so he could use her body later on.
"Dear mother who abandoned me", is a reference to her either dying or leaving her child behind.
"I hate it. I hate it how the wolf (father) looks at me", like looking at her the "weird" way. Etc
