The last story features fire fighters. Firefighters are such a common American girl fantasy, I'm surprised there aren't more manga featuring them.

The wakagashiri (rough spelling there) of a Yakuza group is suffering from a broken heart. He fell in love with his "ass doctor" and is struggling to return to the person he was before. He gets drunk and ends up being taken home by someone who seems to know him... but who is this guy?

This one isn't finished but what's there involves Yakuza and weirdness.

The last chapter is a firefighter and his rescue victim.

One of the main lovers is a Yakuza. The other is a jazz pianist... though not a very good one.

The wakagashira in chapter 2 is kinda a pansy. He tries to hook up with a retired member of his group.
