Like a Good Neighbor

The walls are thin between these two college students apartments.

A man is robbed while out of town and all his possessions and his bank book are stolen. Since he can no longer afford his apartment, and his family needs help with their finances as well, he decides to move in to a run down tenement where he meets a group of interesting people.

Two people who start out as high school sweethearts, have a re-encounter as adults in the workplace, and then discover they live next door to one another. . . This is gonna have to go in like 5 of my lists.
