This is a list for any and all manga with yandere characters in them. This will include both Shoujo, Yuri, and Yaoi manga. I will do my best to include as many as possible, even ones I may personally dislike (with an exception of really really gross things). I will also try to include a short spoiler-free review with a rating out of 5 stars, a quick list of squicks and kinks in, and for longer manga and oneshots I'll add the specific chapters the yandere appears in.
Review: This one immediately became a personal favorite. The characters are all very captivating with a very blunt and heartfelt but somewhat oblivious protagonist who's just trying his best. The yandere in this manga is very and while he's not the most extreme yandere ever, he's certainly a very notable one. I personally loved the art style of this, and while some portions of it were a bit text heavy the dialogue is still very much enjoyable and worth reading.
