- plot is kinda cliche but things are getting super interesting so i’m looking forward to more
- out of all the sacrificial bastard manhwas out there, this one is my ultimate favorite. this had me rolling on the floor laughing, it’s so funny
- a brocon younger bro + S-class hunters clinging to mc + misunderstandings = literal chaos
- this has such a cool concept. a ghost doctor guiding mc, being able to see the reaper when a patient is on the brink of death it’s refreshing
- why is it always the medical manhwas that have annoying villains. they’re all so dramatic too
- no annoying villains, no romance, pure comedy. has the funniest scenes and side characters
- i like how mc isn’t totally reliant on the AI - instead, they collaborate with each other to cure people
- historical, reincarnation, martial arts, medicine
- similar to Doctor Rebirth but better in my opinion. maybe it’s because mc’s ultimate goal is to save lots of people rather than just one person
- historical, reincarnation, eventual romance
- this was paced really well, art improved a lot too. the mood of the story is kinda dark and cinematic, not like your usual murim story that’s usually mixed with comedy so it was a thrilling read
- could be better honestly, maybe it’s because this is from a judge’s point of view? there’s no chance for him to flex his intelligence since he’s the one giving sentences, not the one defending
- the premise of the story is intriguing since mc isn't given info about his new life and he really has to figure out things on his own. which is so cool because he doesn't have cheat codes !
- regression, nobility, mages, swordsmen
- *chef's kiss* probably one of the best regression manhwas i've read in a while. mc actually has a personality. isn't too serious, isn't too comedic either. so good you'll finish it in one sitting
- awakened self-centered mc who keeps getting misunderstood for someone “noble” when in fact he’s only helping people for his own self-interests
- don’t get me wrong he really is genuine in his work but his reasons for doing them t_t

I just came across this and I actually got to discover one of my old faves, that disappeared from my reading list after the website got fucked up.
Anyhow yes ORV, that shit will ruin you,and PLEASE reread Pick Me Up Gacha, that rating low-key is putting me into tears because WHAT, it has more chapters now and amazing progress.
