It's like - seme loves uke mother atter she betrayed him he come backs and takes his son as substitute he made uke wear his mother's clothes to make him suffer what he actually would have done if his mother's alive since she is dead , he made uke atone for all the sufferings seme went through, but "after all you will wear your mom's clothes to i m your father then i m your lover took 90° turn in story" but still interesting to read.
In my opinion it was good manga seme taking revenge on uke cuz his father doctor didn't saved his father cuz of uke and he died his mother whole life telling seme , he(doctor) is the reason your father is not here but all become vain when it turn out that seme was real son of doctor and uke was adopted so it was seme whom doctor actually saved and mother the women kidnapped seme... it's hell of twist and i loved it
