This is a true Stalking manga. This stalker is mild mannered, suave and patient. His target is pretty dense so he manages to get away with a lot. It is a pretty tame story as a whole but there are a few things, see warnings.
No bullying, revenge in this one.
Warnings: Seme does not refrain from touching the uke when asleep and in fact gets him drunk several times to do just that.
Stalking. Seme becomes obsessed with uke and follows him, joins his workplace and refuses to back off.

Bullying another tsundere and tsundere relationship. Its a miracle they get anywhere. Bullying is mutual until the sempai get the upper hand one day with a huge bluff and ends up stuck in a lie that leads to love.

Bullying. For the most part the bullying is accepted as it is part of the relationship and that is put out there early and decently upfront. Mostly a S&M relationship where the seme loves to bully the person he loves and an uke who has never had a requited love before and wants to make it work.

So this is included for stalking, because that's what the seme does. They do start out in a 'relationship' though the seme cheats all the time. He stalks his uke mildly at first and it escalates to ridiculous proportions by the end. I found the ending difficult to accept though it is in some interpretations a 'happy ending'.
Warnings: There is blood, attempted murder, and other unpleasant situations.
This one actually isn't one I like but it fits the criteria.
Chap 3-4 Have a tsundere seme who is a true bully only to the one he loves, (and it is true bullying) he stays pretty rude throughout and the poor uke probably has stockholm syndrome.

Shoujo, so now there are two. This one has a revenge plot, very mild. A narcissistic male lead and the hurt determined female lead who takes her opportunity for revenge when it arises. No bullying or stalking in this one.

So this one isn't terribly graphic but it does include someone taking advantage of a ignorant and innocent person to get revenge on someone else. The victim does not realize they are victim. No bullying or stalking in this one.
The bullying in this one is in chapter 4. Former bully starts getting bullied. Has the whole 'bullied you because I liked you' and 'you bullied me and now I'm fixated on you.' Elements. No stalking in this one.
So this one is all about the bullying. This guy has a crush on a sempai who rescued him and has taken to bullying that sempai's best friend partly out of jealousy but mostly because it gets his sempais attention even if its negative attention. So far a very interesting story.
