Kosaku is a boy who goes to live with his mother's friend after losing her. There he meets Hibari one of the friend's daughters and he immediately falls in love with her. But when he finds out that she's a "crossdressing boy" he struggles with the fact that he likes a "boy". It's clear in the manga that Hibari is the star of the show and you kind of forget that Kosaku is the protagonist. For a gag manga the rep is pretty good so I totally recommend this
I don't really know how to explain this story because ist pretty heavy, (I sometimes had to skip chapters), but ist overall a bittersweet story about a trans woman trying to live in a 20century United states.
Warnings:
Rape, pedophilia, abuse...
(I don't know why it has the yaoi tag on it when it's obviously about a trans woman but anyways)
This is basically an adult manga whose protagonist is a trans woman. It's pretty good, there isnt any misgendering or transphobic things said by the male lead. It's overall a good manga with trans representation.
This is a rare gem that you don't find every day.
It's the story about a group of people of different ages, backgrounds, sexualities, gender identities... Passing time in a lounge helping each other with problems in life.
This manga is about intersex people, it has 3 different storys.
They are pretty good story's but I didn't like that it was so heteronormative; for example Haru thinks that he has to be a a girl in order to like a guy; it almost erases the fact that the LGBTQ community exist, like its saying that questioning your gender is only something intersex people can do or stuff like that. Apart from that it's a good read and you learn a lot about intersex people.
Stop!! Hibari-kun!
