I usually read GL or other LGBT comics, so this list is dedicated to every other type of comic. There may be romance present in the comic, but it is not the main focus of the comic. Each comic will be rated on a tier from SS, S, A, B, C. Anything below C tier is not worth recommending so, if it's shit you won't see it here. The rating also takes into account the genre and purpose of each individual comic.
TW/CW: This comic contains themes of suicide, self-harm, sexual/domestic abuse and depictions of child abuse.
S Tier: This was a really tragic comic. The art was extremely well done. The dialogue was very grounded, almost like this happened to a real person and it isn't just a manga. A real glimpse into grief. In a few chapters, it'll have you trying to hold sobs in. I wish I could write more but it practically rendered me speechless. You just have to read it for yourself.
