(2.5*) She went along with his 'out of the blue,' marriage proposal for his benifit for some reason, but quickly learned the situation was so entirely one sided it could barely be called a marriage. When his callus jealousy causes her to lose her baby, she feels she has lost her love for him as well and leaves, and for the first time he realizes the price of his selfishness. What will it cost him to regain what he's lost?
One shot (2.5*)- When her father's business is bought out, his shady deals come to light. She could care less what happens to her father, but if he's charged with embezzlement, it will destroy her mother so she has no choice but to let herself be coerced into becoming the new owner's mistress
One shot (2.5*)- Outbid, trying to buy a painting for her grandmother, she is shocked to meet the bidder at her grandmother’s birthday party. He says he’ll give her the painting in return for a date (because he didn’t want the painting, but what was under it... something he plans to use to tear her and her family apart).
ONE-SHOT (2*)- When the man she loves dumps her without explanation, his older brother comes to her with a plan to get them back together... or so he said. Now he's dead, she's pregnant, and his brother comes looking for her because she has an inheritance he needs, and he's saying SHE betrayed HIM!
ONE SHOT (2 *)- Typical rich playboy seduces innocent commoner virgin and finds true love. BBV is a MAJOR part of the story and told so sweetly it irritated me more than normal.
ONE SHOT (2*)- Left with child after a one night stand, the heroine is now trying to make it as a reporter. She's assigned a to do a piece on the hero's kingdom. She has no intention of seeing him, he's engaged after all, but then he sees a picture of her son and plans change
One shot (2*)-
5 chaps (2*) - He seduced her to get dirt for an expose article about her roommate's boyfriend, and left her to deal with the fallout. It literally destroyed her life, but 3 years later, after she started her life over from scratch, he shows up as her new boss, and he's acting like she's the one who betrayed him! Past BBV integral to story.
2 chaps-[2*] - The art is decent and the guy is better than a lot of Harliquin guys, and, of course, he's ready to 'be responsible', but seriously, why do so many of these novels base their foundation on "true love" starts with uncontrollable rut as if people - of either sex - who know better and even have reasons to restrain themselves, had the morals and self-control of animals. Waste of artist's talents.
ONE SHOT (2*)-
Lucifer's Angel
