Hayan is a really good protagonist. Her character development is definitely one of the major factors of keeping me stuck to this story. In the beginning, she was a pure-blood vampire, constantly hiding her true identity in order to live a normal life amongst humans. Eventually she grows and becomes stornger when she begins to one-by-one eradicate evil vampires. Her character is further polished by detective Hwang Euntae... Oh boy, the build up and plot twists surrounding him... Highly reccomend!

Letica and Ditrian are hands-down, one of the most captivating couple I've ever come across in manhwa... I'm not sure if it's because they're both so adorable or if it's because of the balance and effort they both put into their relationship. Something about them just makes me love them and cheer for a happy and successful marriage! Good luck, you two!!

Jiwoo... It's quite rare to see a male protag in a shounen-action-fantasy manhwa to be such a wholesome, yet strong-willed boy. It's not only him, all of the companions that hang around him just make it all better. Kaiden and Jiwoo's relationship is really fun to see, it's like a dad looking after his son awkwardly haha. Anyways, not sure why I was so drawn to this series, but all I can say is to read it. You'll instantly understand why.

Self-explanatory. Its a manga with a wholesome couple, set in the Taisho(?) era, also a captivating story that really makes you want to protect the main character and all of the hard work she put in to finally live a fulfilling life. Great manga!!

Absolutely perfect. Unlike many shoujo mangas, this couple is a mature one. They put in a lot of thought before making big decisions and understand the weight of the responsibilities they carry. They don't simply abandon their posts for each other, but instead, find a way that works for both of them without being harmful to others. They are a wonderful couple... The book cafe is also a charming touch!

I'm sure everyone knows this one, but it truly is worth the hype! Athanasia and her father do not simply connect with each other the moment they meet. Claude is at first struggling with his curse and is unable to feel strong emotions, but through Athanasia's hard work, they both make it work. This is further polished and developed during the second arc, where Claude finds himself in a horrible situation and his daughter left to complete his duties. The art is really pretty too so that's a bonus!

this is a manhwa that i already am invested in. three chapters in and i already deeply sympathise with karina. the male lead seems to be very considerate and fair, so that aspect seems to be developing well. highly recommend for older siblings that carry a lot of responsibility.

I LOVE THIS STORY SO MUCH! The entire concept is fresh and I love the existence of homunculus. Our main character is charismatic and beautiful, as well as the art. Can't wait for more!!!

THIS IS AN AMAZING MANHWA! the realism is perfect and there is no unnecessary drama. pauliana, our mc shows satisfying charcter development without needing to get herself involved in romantic affairs. i am really happy with how well women are represented in this manhwa, it may even help men understand what women had to struggle through in order to do whatever they wished. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! PAULIANA IS AN AWESOME PROTAGONIST! special shoutout to rebecca, my favourite character. very emotional rn.
