The two main love interest switch genders. So technically while it's straight, depending on whatever gender they're at it can also be gay
Technically this can be borderline transgender. It's a one shot but the boyfriend doesn't like wearing men clothing at all (he could only wear it briefly before changing) but then again he's using male pronouns it seems so maybe he's just a guy that likes dresses. But like a said it's only a one shot so we only see the surface
Less gender bender but more gender reverse roles. It's a really sweet manga about a boy (man) who comes to love the "girly" parts of him (cooking, reading shoujo, and liking cute stuff) but then it's interesting because he's crush/girlfriend is kinda manly (can fight bear, princely, can't cook). Also there's a little bit of LGBTQ friendliness. I enjoyed this alot
Oke so ML and FL both cross dress, but ML doesn't know that FL is a female so when they go on the date, technically ML thought he was on a date with another dude.
FL hates males but falls in love with ML whiles he's dressed as a female. Haven't really finished it so I can't give the best details about this
A case where both characters know of the each other's gender (but others don't). ML has to hide his gender in high school, FL helps. I think in the first or second volume FL plays Romeo and ML plays Juliet so also some hints of cross dressing/genderbending
So ML likes to crossdress but isn't transgender. Looking at the ending it seems he still crossdresses so I like how that's accepted of him and FL didn't "change" him to be more "manly"
So it a guy who at a certain age changes into a girl. It also seems that they have multiple love interest of different genders
A dude who's obsessed with being manly turns into a cute. And while I won't say who they ends up with they has both a male love interest and female love interest.
So technically ML and FL did know they're respective genders, FL and ML lead fall in love while FL was in a male body.
