Miyaji Akira is a beast doctor but feels ashamed being a beast and tries to defy his natural instincts. Kijima, who is the hospital director, has a dominant gene and strong pheromones, resulting in a crazy sex life. Miyaji isn’t very good at dealing with the guy due to them being total opposites, yet is still tempted by him. One day, Miyaji is hit by Kijima’s pheromones which triggers an irregular heat in him and they end up sleeping together.
