Holy fuck just an absolute masterpiece i wish there were more like this everywhere. I can't say much more than READ IT

Holy shit just fuckin good, kinda nails the nuances and blurry lines in the gay/trans community pre-80s, also just yeah beautiful and a heart wrencher, not a horrible ending I do wish it had been a bit more satisfying but maybe that wouldn't have fit with the whole thing. Either way really would recommend

Again, maybe not the most nuanced or unique, but one I find cute, wholesome characters dealing with abuse in healthy ways (love a healthy relationship). I enjoyed the story, short and sweet

Kinda basic but cute and i like their relationship, it's wholesome and compelling, i don't like it as much as when I first read it but, i still really enjoy it, it doesn't feel like the trauma is super fetishized and i like that he can still live a normal life

Absolutely wacky and surreal, but very good.
