Tbh I skimmed but this one girl is totally in love with this dude (that I think MC is dating). But this oher dude (ML I assume) has been watching and in love with MC this whole time. He says something like "she's finally all mine".

But they meet when he was a kid but separated at some point. Author def knew it would be weird if she raised them all the way to their current age.

I think, 2nd ML is yandere. The Edward elric look-alike burned her house and comatose her dad because she said she wish she didn't have a family (because they treat her badly). He seems into her and does yandere-ish things but it could also be his trying to gain her favor so he can win the bet he made with the angel dude. (MC is aware of the bet). Honestly, the beginning was confusing to me. Was there some random time skip or sumn?

Omg this is fucked up. Girl is randomly and suddenly forced to be a magical girl and because she requires someone to play her (like an arcade character) she continues to die painfully for 2 months. In the stairs she find a "nice guy" who helps her and finally clear the game. But she never got around to talking to him again which passes if this incel mf, thus making him emotionally manipulate her and try to sexually assault her. He's crazy... not in a good way

Maybe the ending gives me hope he'll be a lil yan, and if so it'll probably comedic
