oh my fucking god this is such an expertly crafted story so far im actually in tears from both the tragedy and tenderness holy SHIT bfg supremacy,,, i see theres many more chapters to go and this is a Historical BL aka pain and suffering 24/7 but may they be happy and sweet and safe tgt in the middle of the mountains forever
yes yes i cant vouch for the moral aspect of this story (full of rape and terrifying abuse, overall devastating) BUT reading this rly feels like watching an R rated historical kdrama and i have to give it to the author for the writing and atmosphere they set up and carry for p much every single chapt
alright i think the ending was rushed and i could truly get into all the plot holes if i could but honestly i did enjoy the time i spent reading it and the message it brought i'd love to see this concept utilised in other stories tho holy shit this could truly be black mirror level if it wishes to
@chapt 58 im stopping for now bc its 130am ive been reading this for 3 hours straight and full on sobbing for like 90% of it this is truly phenomenal
tw for blood n graphic images WOW wow so dude working for the police force has the ability to relive (redie?) the death of murder victims... just one big resounding wow for this author and their fascination with death n the supernatural this was amazingly written and its only the prequel for an extended series?? aaaaa its so good from the investigation aspect alone. this vol isnt focused on the BL tho the sequel is :)
still ongoing but storytelling is phenomenal art is phenomenal the main rs has me TREMBLING and its so INTERESTING i love that it depicts sex work like any other practical hard job and sex workers as actual regular human beings another thing i really like is the theme of women exploring their sexual freedom !! i find it v based that the author weaves this in naturally in a bl where 8 times out of 10 women r either absent (makes no sense) or misogyny is abundant (why)
