I don't know about you guys, but I love how their love truly stems to something destructive and beautiful at the same time. I guess the rose appears multiple times in the story, symbolizing their passionate feelings and toxic relationship.

Despite their whirlwind romance, they made each other realize what their dreams truly are. However, first loves don't last. George doesn't want a woman like his mother (useless). Yukari is sick of George's attitude. I just love the ending. Realistic.
