Seryou Touji goes out with anyone for seven days. He's popular so it's pretty much a race of who gets to ask him out first. On the other hand, Shino Yuzuru is another popular guy due to his appearance and demeanor that is so different from his personality, so he always gets dumped by his girlfriend.
On a Monday morning, Shino jokingly asked Seryou out, who took his words seriously. And thus, their seven-day relationship began with the end clearly in sight.
A story about a fictophile in love with, well, a fictional female character named Hotaru, and tries to see her in the real girls he dated.

A few days later, he visits his mangaka neighbor, who's in a bottleneck, only to have him collapse. Sakuraba takes care of him (also leaving a fna letter) and they later become friends. Of course, it also didn't take too long before Sakuraba falls in love with Sota Hirano, Megumi's real name.
