If you're gonna start reading Omegaverse BL start with this, it does have sexual themes but its full of romance and fluff.

CUTE, Character development, slight sexual content

This is a short BL. I wouldn't go as far as to say that it's Phsycological but there is some plot that gets a little bit dark. Other than that its a wonderful BL, although I would suggest reading this after you've gone through more Shounen-Ai. Still very tame though.

CUTE, Yaoi, Short Romance Story

Two childhood friends realise their feelings for each other due to their "love-rash" condition. Its an interesting catalyst for a cute love story. Minor sexual themes. But all in all a tame yaoi.

SEX, Yaoi, oh yeah

Its good. Sex is the catalyst of this particular story and if thats not your thing I suggest moving on from this. Its a nice love story with some twists.

FLUFF, Yaoi, So freaking adorable

I HIGHLY recommend starting yaoi with this. Sexual themes bc its a yaoi, but a cute love story and fluffy scenes ahead.

CUTE, Yaoi, Co-worker Romance

Agghh I really liked this one. There are some sexual scenes later on in the story but still low-key compared to most yaoi. Its a really sweet story and sexual awakening for our MC.

CUTE, Yaoi, Short story

Literally 5 chapters long, sweet and straight (well...) to the point. Sexual themes but on the mild side, be warned. It was a good read, there was no infuriating misunderstanding despite the characters personalities. I recommend starting Yaoi (BL with smut) with this story.

ADORABLE, Yaoi, This was so cute

Sexual themes, it is a yaoi so a gentle reminder. Short and cute love story. Maybe read this as a start to Yaoi after you feel you want to go deeper (heh)

Sexual themes since its a yaoi, on the mid-explicit side. I suggest reading this after a few other Shounen-Ai and familiarising yourself with BL. Still, if you can handle gay smut then by all means enjoy.

Warning, sexual themes and abusive relationship. Uke is in a bad relationship and meets seme who develops feelings for him. Still a very cute story, plenty of character development but know that for this there needs to be a reason before growth and its usually trauma so theres your trigger warning. I won't spoilt the plot anymore than that.
