This manga is fantasy orientated. The FL has amazing characterisation, she goes from a sheltered weak girl to strong and independent. The plot is also really good and I can't say I hate any of the characters. They are all charming in their own way.
A strong 4/5. The beginning is really cliché and both the leads fall in love very quickly but as the plot progresses the storyline becomes very deep. It goes into topics that shoujos don't typically go into (discrimination etc). The FL is really strong as well as you see her develop her powers throughout the manga. The ending will probably make you cry but that's one of the reasons it makes the manga so memorable.

I'm a complete sucker for gender benders especially a girl having to pretend to be her dead friend whilst going to a prestigious all boys school. This this has to be one of my favourite one gender benders. I kid you not I come back to this every year to reread. Not only is the art beautiful but it has just the right amount of drama.
