It’s a very cute and wholesome getting together slice of life story. Featuring family trauma, a cute kid, and lots of food. It’s also pretty poetic tbh, and features some relatable internal struggles. I just wished there was more of the actual romance, esp. post-confession when they’re not getting cockblocked lol. While overall very sweet, it doesn’t really stand out much from other similar stories.

Like, it’s really cute and I enjoyed reading it, despite the many annoyances. The couple is solid and adore each other, they don’t let misunderstandings get in the way, which is nice.
