Can't Stop Rereading These Manga Syndrome

What first made me read this manga was its summary. I really like historical manga and I have thought that I should give this one a chance. I was immediately swallowed in. The so BEAUTIFUL art and the way it was so historically accurate (this is what I'm picky about in historical manga, it has to be accurate). I also adored how every single thing from the fly on the empty plate to stormy clouds was drawn symbolically and represented something at that moment

This manga is underrated. Even though it's so popular, it's still underrated. That's how much perfect this is. Even though I'm not ghoul and I back away in disgust when consuming human flesh is brought up, I still felt emotions of every ghoul so strongly. That's what kind of magician(monster) Ishida Sui is. He made me cry and pray for human-eating monsters. Let me not start about symbols and details in this manga, that made me obsessed...MASTERPIECE

This sequel will be the death of me. How it managed to surpass a perfection?!

This was so beautiful. A real slice of life, with all tears and laughs that come with it. MASTERPIECE

This is one of those manga you don't have to say goodbye to, no matter how much older you are. Mature MASTERPIECE. That's why I don't get it, why mangaka would drop this?!

I started reading this manga in my life's darkest hour, when I almost lost all inspiration, imagination and with them also hope. But this manga kinda saved me. It sparked my imagination again and with it shining like a firefly at the sunset, all my inspiration returned like a waterfall. This is so sad but in a way also very calming on the nerves. Depressed people must read this

So dark, so eerie. Simple and sad, yet ... So overwhelming...Not the mention the gorgeous, realistic art. This is one of few manga which ending I really liked. &

This is such an interesting read. From the first pages, it will drawn you in with its interesting (and beyond creepy) plot. Not gonna spoil a thing! Masterpiece!!!

I don't like to cook, so I usually avoid cooking manga. But this one is an exception. Delicious Italian food (the only food for which I actually make effort when cooking it), interesting both plot and characters, decent art... This manga is actually very delicious itself, just like the food main characters are making

Some people might really be traumatized by this. This is very hard manga, but very realistic and without sugarcoating coming of age story. Tears, shock, tears and more tears...
