The "boyfriend doesn't see MC as a real person, just a pet. That he abuses. He also has a shit ton of lovers, but gets passed at MC for having a friend, and eventually having feelings for that friend. Meanwhile his lover call him honey and have been together for a long time . He even coerses MC to have threesomes with his lovers even though he knows MC doesn't like it. He can cheat but MC can't. They are not in an open relationship.
