This was an early omega verse manga I read and enjoyed. While yes, omegas are looked down on in this book, the relationship between the main characters is pure fluff with super sexy time near the end. They suffer misunderstanding each other so much that it takes someone outside the relationship to show them what's really going on between them.

While not omega verse there is male pregnancy. A lovely fantasy tale. Incomplete as of now and has had several different translators so it's iffy on being finished.

Okay, so both the uke and the seme have their wires crossed in this one. They keep missing the clues and misreading each other. The seme is an ass. Reading this to find out if they ever figure out the obvious about each other.
