Momose was severely bullied by his ex-boss to the extent that he's traumatised and when he transferred to a new company he's understandably wary and cautious of his new boss. Shirasaki is a competent and kind boss but a natural airhead outside of his work, so he easily and obliviously won the heart and devotion of his subordinates. 10/10 would die for Shirasaki and Hakutou

A fan favorite and it's easy to see why.

Later on the series changed into a human form of a retired yakuza legend and a feral child he accidentally picked up while picking potatoes in a rural area. Love this, would kill for lil potats but papa wolf will probably do it first
