i like this manga simply because it’s so different. usually, there’s a mind reader (in this case, it’s the MC) and the ML is ALWAYS in love with them. this time, however, there is no such unrequited love. popular x MORE popular trope with a mind reader, misunderstandings and angst. let’s go!

SO FLUFFY! a struggling manga artist feels emotions of shame and insufficiency when confronted by the fact that neither his manga career nor his office career have taken him anywhere. cut to a chance encounter with his first love - how will this change his life? (spoiler: for the BETTER)

i love how the MCs relationship is very complex. it’s definitely somewhat psychological - both have a complex relationship with music which somehow leads them to one another. the crossing over from a fan to a lover is naturally difficult and i think this manga shows the perspective of that as well. not the FLUFFIEST but… definitely something i will remember and come back to.

this manga is incredible. the art style is so beautiful and the relationship between the characters is so gentle. it’s about an unwilling assassin and a blind heir who has been neglected. it’s not yaoi, it’s shounen ai. the story is just… the characters… i’m speechless. this truly is a masterpiece. they find comfort and happiness with each other. fluffy heaven.

cw: homophobia
this is so… cute. odajima is the most popular guy at school, he has everything - he tops all classes, is liked by women and is surrounded by friends & money. his roommate, sono, however is a scholarship student who always comes second to odajima. this manga made me cry a little (maybe i’m PMSing) because the way Odajima YEARNS for sono is unrivalled…
