A list of Yaoi manga in which cigarette smoking plays a key part in plot development, or one or more main characters is a regular smoker, or even just manga with hot scenes involving smoking.
Disclaimer: Yes, I realize in this day that smoking is considered one of 'the ultimate evils.' I hope that anyone who dislikes this list because of that to please keep a few things in mind. Yes, smoking is bad for your health. It can lead to severe health problems and a shortened life span. HOWEVER, this is fantasy, not real life. In this fantasy world people often read about betrayal, rape, torture, murder, among other controversial and morally reprehensible themes. Just because people read these things does not mean that they advocate those behaviors in real life or actually engage in them. Fantasy is that chance to step outside of ourselves and -imagine- situations that are not intended to be a part of our real lives.
So, if this subject matter is not to your taste, rather than rant please just choose not to read. Or, optionally, use this list as a guide to help you avoid manga which features smoking as a major theme.

Actual smoking isn't a heavy theme (so it wasn't included on this list), but cigarette burns and scars are, once again a plot device.
