Fl/romance - there's Solhwa but I gurantee you that as of the moment she's not annoying and you can simple brush her off and not mind her if you're not interested in romance.

FL got engage due to political reasons but asks her soon to be in-laws that in order for her to be married she has to go to war with the ml to help them and treat patients.

It's actually good coz the plot's not too much fantasy like and focuses more on saving people's live/patients in war.

Also she doesn't discriminate as she also save patients on the enemy's side when given a chance.
