-Unhinged characters (yandere, mentally unstable, manipulative, etc)
-Holy drama, Batman (yikes)
-Taboo, forbidden, and/or heavy topics
-Psychologically disturbing
-Strange or unusual content
-Cute story but umm yikes lol
