Ml approached mc in order to stop the guilt of him rejecting mc. ML rejected mc once again and mc decided to close his heart. ML then realizes he likes and cares for mc so he tries his best to win mc’s heart again. I love these type of stories just bc in the end, ML ends up trying his hardest to win back the mc
