Edit: finally finished it and unlike my initial thoughts there is indeed romance and a fairly(?) Happy ending. OOF. Not too sure about these two but the story was damn good. Very much mental illness and both of em need help like right now. The authors slayed so hard!!!! now am just feeling like an empty shell so xxxxxxxx
