If there's a series then it will be sorted in chronological order. However, the list as a whole is just based more on the order in which I remember a manga to add on to here. In other words, the first manga to appear doesn't necessarily make it the best on the list because that would be too much work. 
The mangas get put on this list based on three factors: whether the plot was good, whether the drawings are good, or whether the sex scenes are hot. If it's just hot sex then it probably won't make it on here, but if the plot is also good and the drawings are tolerable, then it will make the list. Vice versa also applies.
