This one is really, really good. My all time absolute unfiltered favorite.
The art is breathtaking, I really enjoy the story.
I really REALLY enjoy the characters.

I really love this one too!
Between the two I actually favor this one over Junjou. But that's only my personal opinion. I like the anime too, though I'd still rather read it.
