What I really like about this story is just how relatable it is. "Relatable" as in it's just like any other romantic stories between two teenagers who just happen to be boys. It doesn't have the toxic tropes that typical BL usually have and I don't need to explain what because I know y'all understand. The Seme is just dreamy; he's so nice and gentle And the fact that the Uke is voiced by Yamaguchi VA makes me love him more. Go read/watch!
Ok, I haven't read the manga but I watched the anime. It's depressing and yet it gives hope at the same time. Basically it's the story of getting over someone and it may be an easy task for some but for Mafuyu, not really. Especially after that person leaves such a huge hole in his heart upon leaving. This one is filled with grief, tears and sometimes happiness. It features another couple - who started off as toxic imo - which I also love.
The plot was a bit hard to understand, especially because I didn't pay much attention. Not that it's bad or anything, I just need to reread/watch. The movie was beautiful. I wasn't expecting the Seme to be the Seme, he just gave off a Uke energy, yknow. I think it's about first love and reunion. It's beautiful and soft, and the sex scene(s) were quite hot in the movie ngl. Gorgeous art too!
When I was a fetus fujoshi, this was one of the first BL I watched and it's become my favorite ever since. The couple is very adorable and they're like polar opposites but at the same time they're made for each other. Also, Levi's VA voiced the Seme so *melts*. It's about classmates who started off as strangers and then falling in love with each other as they're preparing for a school performance. The Seme is a guitarist and Uke is your typical nerd.
It's a manhua/donghua about a human and his humanoid cat. I watched the donghua and although it was less than 10 mins per ep, I enjoyed both seasons. It's basically just a slice-of-life, shounen ai BL but they're very adorable! Especially Miao because Murase-sama (Hinata Haikyuu VA) voiced him and he's so cute! Give it a watch if you haven't. It also features a lesbian couple (Seme's editor and her assistant, a hamster).
