Bilibili Comics is app where you can read comics for free with wait to read system, there also appears comics that require paying. Bilibili have also it's own advantages (for example cards you collect after reading each chapter that you can use to dress up your avatar).
When I first started reading there it was purely free to read, with none waiting times or paywalls but times change.
There are mostly BLs on my list, enjoy.
