mc reincarnated into victorian times and has to keep changing identities. he accidentally takes on the identity of a new professor at an elite academy (who happens to actually be a high-up member of a secret society). he’s strong and acts strong but he’s actually very confused and nervous, while everyone around him thinks he’s terrifying and mega op

- COMPLETE, comedy, weak mc, not the best art (sorry)

mc is born w a scary face which always leads him to being caught up in fights (and him getting beaten up). he finally transfers to a new school and basically everyone overthinks his actions and thinks he's op as hell. he keeps accidentally beating everyone's ass when he just really wants to have a chill life. super hilarious even if the art is a little hard to look at

- weak lucky mc, harem but he doesn’t care, cowardly

mc is pretty pathetic LOL he’s really not strong, but people do think he’s insanely op. i wish there were more moments with him though, since he doesn’t feel like a “main character” of the story and more like someone everyone talks about. it’s really good and funny though since everyone around him overestimates him and all his actions/words. he has such an op reputation and this is one of my favs

- fmc, oblivious, horror, gorgeous art

mc possesses the dead body of a count’s daughter. in her mind, she thinks she’s going through the typical “isekaied into a villainess” but actually everyone thinks she’s some sort of malevolent demon or angel of sorts. they fear and worship her but she’s just going lalala~ the whole time. also art is sooo lovely. really fantastic! investing early.

- COMPLETE, REALLY good but SO painful. needs a tragedy tag. everyone dies nobody lives. i would rather they shot me than make me reread this

mc basically is second to the demon king even tho he’s a human. he’s really weak but actually strong? he goes unconscious a lot and is very powerful during those times so ppl misunderstand his words. canonically he does have DID, or at least a separate personality. has a sequel!

- oblivious lazy mc, adoption story (not harem but lowkey a little odd)

mc transported into game. he's lazy and doesn't want to deal with the future troubles (the 7 villians) so he adopts all of them to raise them to be "normal" or at least not kill him. but they take him too seriously and assume he's super OP and omniscient, controlling from behind the scenes. dude just wants to chill. also has a subplot of a "forgotten god" and implications of mc being him

- comedy, chuuni mc, weak but op

super cool plot with a game world reality and players assimilating into their game character. mc had a chuuni demon hunter as his character and he's super cringe, but everyone think he's badass and op as fuck because mc is the only demon hunter left. he's weak compared to everyone else but he's the strongest against demons. his character makes him super stoic and cold, which only adds to the misunderstanding that mc is op as hell and badass.

- stoic mc, oblivious, powerful but unknowing

mc was a school art teacher who ended up escaping into a painting to avoid dying. as a result, he lived in that painting so long people assume he IS the painting, and extremely powerful at that. assuming he’s connected to the reason monsters and gates exist. mc is unaware of how strange he acts even as a human. VERY GOOD. read this ASAP or idk marinate it if you’re patient unlike me

- alien mc, weak body, stoic face

mc is an alien who hates his job. he sends his soul to earth and it’s super abundant in mana. issue is the body he went into sucks and is super weak, but because he’s an alien and doesn’t understand human customs he keeps appearing like some cold, S rank hunter who is a fake F-hunter LOL. really great. everyone thinks he's sacrificial and an upstanding person (eventually).

- weak but smart mc!!

mc has to pretend to be his op twin bc he died protecting mc. mc is not strong whatsoever but he has the ability to imitate the feeling of strength and fear by overanalysing everyone around him, so they think he’s really strong. he also is very smart! personally, i wish he was strong even just a little or people misunderstand him even MORE of his strength with misunderstandings (eg. he trips but it knocks everyone down). still good tho
