Understanding people ~ Considerate people

I feel like the MC understands the feelings of others and tries her best to make them feel better. Idk if her methods were good, though (at least, in the beginning of the story). Later, I think she finds a better way to do it.

The ML's misunderstood but he's a very considerate person and the MC knows this and tries to help him however she can

Boss and subordinate can't seem to understand each other but once they start listening to the other's advice they end up being a good team.
Also, the MC's really considerate despite being quite oblivious to love.

This is about people that help others. Also, MC's friends know about his crush and cheer for him.

I like how everyone is very supportive of their relationship even if the FL sometimes thinks other people could think it's "weird"

Our MC does everything he can to help the FL sleep because he understands how important it is to her. Also, *spoiler* I like how she slowly starts to prioritize being with him rather than sleep.
