Again, pretty figures and expression with very simple strokes
I always loved Satoshi Kon's artstyle, and with viewing it in comic form nothing changed. More realistic faces than usual mangas and careful details
A CLAMP classic, with outstanding art. I think I would choose this as the best example with the enchanting and more serious story.
this art style is unique, eye catching and just neat. It really stayed in my head for a long time. Reminds me of mannerism paintings with the way the bodies are stretched out
I really like this artstyle
Another outstanding work by Nakamura Asumiko. Very short and straight to the point
Absolutely amazing manga and art. Though it is highly disturbing. A realistic story of a killer who I think is implied to be a child of Satan. Involves child grooming.
It is a great story with a really nice look into the killers psychology and the way he percived the world.
Spoiler:
He creates a circle of belivers of some sort. They kill people with no remorse. It reminded me of Clockwork Orange
Very beautiful art and delicate drawings showing more than plain text
Really great wild linework and beautiful details. Too bad more characters weren't drawn like the cowboys, they feel a bit out of place but it's still a pretty artstyle. The comedic pannels and expressions I didn't like as much, and the story is a bit edgy and less serious that other works ob here hahah but it looks fun to read. Cowboys being sort of moster hunting detectives? Not bad at all
I love this artist's work. This short story really shows their care in details. The way they grasp a form of an object with just lineart is mesmerising
