It’s what you expect it to be for better or worse, but you see a lot of growth in what started out as very shallow characters. MPreg, Lots of Smut. I wouldn't call it Omegaverse, but the bottom does have heat cycles.

A very cute and fluffy puppy play relationship. The plot is bare bones but it's adorable. It's got an innocent vibe and the protagonist is very feminine and gender neutral, and crossdresses several times. Self Insert for me for sure.

A short but sweet cozy manga, best read on a Rainy Afternoon curled up in bed. It's comfy, has a great ambience, and has enough going on to keep you interested without making you raise too many eyebrows. In a word, it's relaxing.

A classic longform webtoon. It's slice of life and cutesy but it's got enough rises and falls in the plot to keep you invested emotionally and every character in Sign will keep your attention for better or worse. It's a great love story and has solidified itself as a classic for good reason.

A bite-size love story and cute as can be, you can knock it out in 20 minutes tops and... it's worth it I'd say. I love a clumsy nerd.
A cute fluffy omegaverse webtoon focusing on parenting and mending a relationship. You'll have to read it on a different website than mangago but I recommend you do, as it's really quite sweet and wholesome.
I'm not sure how I'd go about describing PHJ, but I do recommend you read it as I think it's story is very quaint and sweet, and IMO rewarding.

Questionable addition to this list, but Collar Kiss is incredibly cute and romantic and despite the bottom's ex being less than savory, his newfound love redeems that for me. Babysitting/Parenting mixed with D/S.

A Love Story in it's essence, Incorrigible spans a large portion of time documenting the growth of young love into adulthood. Contains probably the most loving and realistic portrayal of sex I've seen in a manga. It left me with all the warm fuzzies and it'll do the same to you.
It's stupid... and I like that. The romantic comedy of two Mangakas falling in love after wanting to lose their virginity and choosing to lose it with each other
It's mostly sex and it's too silly to be taken seriously, but I find it very quaint and heartwarming for what it is.
