The relationship is healthy, cute, and well paced to not be a slow burn or a love at first sight type of love. Nobody is trying to dominate the other. Nobody is constantly denying their attraction to the same sex.
The manga is incredibly funny and adorable. I definitely recommend for the healthy relationship that is lacking in most yaoi.
If you like action and mystery solving, this is a fairly good read. The characters both are fleshed out and the romance makes this story a worth while read.
The manga has its faults when it follows some of the standard yaoi tropes
-Boundary crossing seme
-Overexcited side character who clings to one of the protagonists
-The protective adopted kid.
The supernatural arc and the supernatural side story in the book could have been removed to make for a tighter story.
