(mainly a satire of a lot of tropes with an actual overarching plot. the comedy is funny and the cast of characters all have backstories and development. a lot can be repetitive and its not a profound story in its entirety but there are chapters that are written really well and this author does chapter title drop very cleverly at times. the romance pairings are hit or miss with the chemistry for me. decent read all around.)
