Many different description based on the artists' circle/interest,but here are descriptions from me:
There are secondary sex beside from Male and Female
Everyone can get pregnant, their difference is the quality of the sperm. 
Alpha : top class. Usually rich, educated, and arrogant. They have the most fertile sperm to impregnated their pair or partner. 
Beta: middle class. Most animals and humans are in this class. (Average possibility) 
Omega: lowest class. They have heat period(low possibility)
