Meta, hes sick, "main" guy is mad constantly but actual main guy is cool and friendly. So good I switched to webtoon so I could actually support the author.

She's cool, guy reminds me of that guy in iron widow, side characters are funny, the story is pretty funny, some of the art is really nice, her ex annoys the shit outta me but he kinda redeemed himself idk, she's immune to all poisons now and she is poison but she can still kiss him? i guess her spit isn't poison or whatever.
